How it Works!
Partnership packages are put together on an à la carte basis. You choose the options that meet your objectives from all Sponsorship Options listed below (that are not already sold).
Arival’s mission is to demystify technology and distribution and empower tour and activity suppliers to capitalize on all of the new technology and innovation serving the tours and activities sector. Demo Labs are a key element in Arival’s mission, by enabling suppliers to to get an extended, hands-on feel for what it might be like to use a new technology for their business. This is where you come in. Create a compelling, practical, hands-on demonstration (not a sales pitch! no slides with bullets listing features) that will give a real feel for attendees of what it’s like to use your tech. The Arival Demo Labs take place in a workshop room that accommodates 25-100 people. They are 30 minutes long, with a dedicated Internet connection, projector and screen. Arival sends out pre-registration requests for each Lab, and you can invite specific prospects (we ask that you avoid emailing the entire attendee list). The Arival content team works with you to ensure your demo lab is awesome, highlights your best and gives attendees a good feel for your tech and your company.

The Arival content team works with you to ensure your breakfast lab is awesome, highlights your best and gives attendees a good feel for your tech and your company.
|Private Meeting Room
Arival delivers amazing community, but sometimes privacy is essential. Enjoy your own private space to hold key meetings, private demos and client catch-ups. Your room is available all day Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday and includes coffee service, sodas, water and snacks. (Internet, projector, screen are additional)

Position your brand with great visibility: get a high-profile meeting and exhibit space in the Arival Networking Lounge Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. Arival exhibits include your branding, electrical, hard-wire Internet, and seating for two.
|Lunch and Learn
Host a group of 25 people in a private meeting room. Arival buys lunch for everyone. Take advantage of the one hour lunch break on Tuesday or Wednesday and have an intimate meeting with 25 key contacts. Share ideas and insights. Announce product updates. Strengthen partnerships. It’s up to you. A/V not provided, but is available for an additional fee.
|Arival Happy Hour Hat Trick Pool Party – See Photos
Arival is more than a conference. It’s also community, and we need to get together and have an awesome time! So Tuesday night is the Arival Happy Hour Hat Trick Pool PARTY and everyone is invited! We’re paying for lots of awesome appetizers and open bar for one and a half hours. You can crank up the fun with your own “party within a party” atmosphere. Three separate areas are available with bar area, food station and entertainment. Choose from “Boogie Woogie Beach Party”, “The Bungalow Bash” and “The Party on the Patio” for your party location. We’ll help create a party for you that fits your brand. Sponsor pays for branding and entertainment. (Limited to three party sponsors, first come, first served for your location option).
Host your VIPs and key prospects in your own private atmosphere surrounded by your choice of branding, entertainment and food and beverages. A wide variety of fantastic on-site options exist designed for 30-1000 people. Arival coordinates all details between your staff and the hotel entertainment and event services team. Based on your expected number of attendees and budget, we work with you to come up with the best options. This is on a first-come, first-served during specific time slots. There are some amazing venues at the Hard Rock – but they get booked fast, so you need to move fast! The cost listed here the Arival hosting and coordination fee. The sponsor (that’s you!) pays F&B, entertainment, branding, etc.

|Arival Rocks the Joint Party – See Photos
The Joint is going to rock at Arival’s final party. Rock and Roll is the theme at the Hard Rock with dancing and a few surprises. Take over a private VIP box overlooking the floor and stage. There are multiple opportunities for you to benefit from extensive branding throughout the party. Bonus – your banner also hangs in the same position in the Joint during the Theater Sessions throughout the week. Take advantage of super high profile branding in the Theater and during the Party. Invite your VIPs to join you in your private suite and rock on with your brand. The sponsor (that’s you!) pays for drinks and branding.There are three suite sizes available: Two side suites that hold over 60 people, the standard suites accommodate 20-25 people and double suites designed for 40-50 people. Reach the ultimate Tours & Activities audience – a captive group of over 1000 attendees, with over 80% representing attractions, tours and activity suppliers from around the world. Show your video (maximum of 60 seconds) two times during the Arival Theater Sessions. It doesn’t get any bigger than this in Tours & Activities.
Be Creative and Build a Photo Lounge that attendees will remember. Photos for social posts, post cards, headshots, you name it. Arival works with your team to provide the space and branding for you to do your thing.

Help Arival attendees book amazing experiences during their stay with your booking platform. Arival will provide your brand with website presence, promotion on every confirmation letter, pre-travel emails and an on-site desk: The Arival Activities Desk is the place to book Vegas tours, activities and attractions for pre- and post-Arival stays. We make sure to put your brand in front of attendees throughout pre-event communications and during the conference. Show off your booking engine and build your presence in the industry.

Throughout Arival we make sure everyone stays caffeinated.Coffee, tea, sodas, and snacks – you take the credit. Fantastic branding options are available, be creative! Arival pays for food and beverages. This sponsorship includes all coffee breaks in one package.
Everyone has to eat, right? Put your brand in front of the hungry attendees with signage at the buffet stations, table tents throughout and more creative ideas that your team, and ours, can come up with. This sponsorship package includes lunch on Tuesday and Wednesday. Arival, of course, pays for the lunch, additional branding and/or entertainment ideas to be paid by the sponsor. (Yeah, we have some cool ideas. Arival is an experiential event. Let’s design an awesome experience for our attendees!)

|Brand the T-Shirt Box
This is a high profile branding opportunity. If you attended Arival in 2017, you will remember the t-shirt box. Before each theater session, the moderator will bring out the box and randomly choose one of the attendee’s t-shirts. The moderator or speaker will wear that shirt during the session. The box is branded with your logo and remains on the main stage throughout the Arival Theater Sessions. We’ll make sure to capture the box while filming the sessions as well so the branded box will live on after the event. Not only high profile, this is a really fun branding opportunity.
