Jason Hackett, Founder, Brier Katama

Jason Hackett is a tours and activities industry veteran. Starting his career in the industry as the Chief Marketing and Digital Officer for New York Cruise Lines, he went on to lead the marketing and sales for the new Times Square attraction, Gulliver’s Gate. Through his consulting firm, Brier Katama, Jason advises attractions in the United States and Europe on sales and marketing strategy, digital development, social media and content creation.

Before the tours and activities industry, Hackett was a leader in NYC branding and digital agencies. As a managing director at Rockwell Group, he led the firm’s brand design practice working with clients such as Club Med, Nobu, The Related Companies and Coca-Cola. As a leader in the strategy practice of interactive consultancy, he advised content developers on strategies for interactive digital platforms

He is a graduate of Skidmore College and resides in NYC with his wife, 2 daughters and their dog.
