What is included in my Arival ticket?
With your ticket, you have access to the main Session/Forum on Sunday, April 18 (change to Sunday 19 April) from 12:00 until 17:45.
Your registration includes all program items including keynotes, executive interviews, demo labs and workshop. Also participate in the networking lounge to meet new partners.
Coffee, tea and lunch are included.
Where is Arival [email protected]?
Arival will be held on Sunday, April 18, within the Arabian Travel Market and is located at the Dubai World Trade Centre. This is an exhibition and international convention center located on the city’s main highway and commercial skyscraper corridor, Sheikh Zayed Road.
Is ATM ticket included in my Arival Ticket?
No. You must register separately for ATM. You can do so on their website HERE.
Is the hotel included in my ticket?
Your Arival Ticket does not include your hotel. You can book your room through the ATM event website here or any other hotel booking site.
Visa Requirements-What if I need a Visa, how do I get a Letter of Invitation?
Once you have purchased your ticket to attend Arival [email protected], please email us at [email protected] to request a Letter of Invitation. Once we have received you all the necessary information, we will email you a PDF that can be submitted along with your other documents. If you are denied a Visa, please send your letter of denial and we will refund you the amount of your ticket.
What should I expect?
Keynote sharing on the trends and state of the Tours, Activities and Attractions industry. Opportunities to meet Operators, Distributors, Technology providers and other industry members from the region. Sponsored Demo Labs with opportunities to learn about technology resources, global distribution. And many chances to network with your fellow attendees. This is a laser-focused event, and YOUR industry is the star!
What is the dress code for Arival and ATM?
From casual to formal, whatever makes you comfortable! This is an event specifically for Operators of Tours, Activities and Attractions. This is not a formal industry, it is about learning, fun, experiences and connections. We want you to get the most out of the event, so come dressed the way that represents our industry- any way that works for you!
What should I bring with me?
Business cards, your ID, maybe something to take notes with, and a readiness to learn and connect!
Is it necessary for me to wear my Arival badge at the event?
YES! All our attendees are required to wear their name badge. If you lose your badge and need to replace, there is a $25 fee for us to reprint one for you at our registration desk.
ATM may have different identification requirements, so check with them here.
Will there be food and beverages provided?
We will provide coffee and beverage breaks as well as lunch on Sunday. If you notified us on your registration of any food allergies, something will be provided that meets your needs.
How do I get to ATM Dubai?
By train: Dubai Metro links DWTC to all major tourist attractions – including Dubai’s major business districts, major malls and hotels
By taxi: Metered taxis across the city are easy to find, well-regulated, clean and comfortable, and provide a great opportunity to take in the sights of the city. Those that prefer to can opt for ladies-only taxis driven by women.
By car: There is direct access from the city’s main highway and commercial skyscraper corridor, Sheikh Zayed Road – giving you a direct gateway to all areas of Dubai and the wider UAE. Within the DWTC complex, take advantage of the extensive multi-story parking facilities for around 5,000 cars as well as several free parking areas around the venue. See the parking map here.
