What should I expect at Arival?

Sessions on the state of the Tours, Activities and Attractions industry. Opportunities to meet Operators, Distributors, Technology providers and other industry members. Workshops on everything from marketing to working with distributors to operator stories that you will learn from. Sponsored Demo Labs with opportunities to learn about technology resources, global distribution. And many chances to network with your fellow attendees. This is a laser focused event, and YOUR industry is the star!

What is included in my Arival ticket?

With your ticket, you have access to all Theater Sessions, Workshops, Demo Labs, Networking Lounge and special events! Lunch is included on Tuesday and Wednesday for all attendees.

Is my hotel included in my ticket?

Your Arival Ticket does not include your hotel. You can book your room through our event website here or any other hotel booking site. If you choose not to stay at the Avani Riverside Hotel where Arival will be held or the Anantara Riverside Resort right next door, please take into account Bangkok traffic when choosing your lodging.

What is the dress code for Arival?

From casual to formal, whatever makes you comfortable!  This is an event specifically for Operators of Tours, Activities and Attractions. This is not a formal industry, it is about learning, fun, experiences and connections. Arival parties will be outdoors in the evenings, so plan for heat and humidity and the possible rain shower.  We want you to get the most out of the conference, so come dressed they way that represents our industry- any way that works for you!

What should I bring with me?

Business cards, your ID, maybe something to take notes with, and a readiness to learn and connect!

Where do I go to Register for Arival?

Registration/Check-in will be in the Networking Lounge in the Conference Center at the Avani + Riverside Hotel on the 10th floor beginning Monday at 12:00 until 18:00 and on Tuesday starting at 8:00am. If you have not registered for the event and paid, you can still register and pay at the Event.

Our Registration and Information area will be open throughout the event, with the exception of the nightly receptions and parties. Should you be arriving late or delayed a day, do not worry-we will have an Arival team member there to assist you.

Is it necessary for me to wear my Arival badge at the event?

YES! All our attendees are required to wear their name badge to all Sessions, Workshops, Demo Labs, Networking Lounge and Parties. If you are not staying in the hotel, be sure to grab your badge on the way out the door in the morning!

Will there be food and beverages provided?

We will provide coffee and beverage breaks as well as lunch on Tuesday and Wednesday.  Our Monday Welcome Party will offer delicious canapes and drinks. The Tuesday night party includes dinner. Other meals and snacks are on your own.

If you notified us on your registration of any food allergies, something will be provided that meets your needs.

Where do I find the agenda?

You can find our agenda on our website at Arival Bangkok Program. We will also have printed materials at Check In/Registration, and the agenda will be available in the event app once you have registered.

Visa Requirements-What if I need a Visa, how do I get a Letter of Invitation?

Once you have purchased your ticket to attend Arival Bangkok, please email us at [email protected] to request a Letter of Invitation. Once we have received from you all necessary information, we will email you a PDF that can be submitted along with your other documents. If you are denied a Visa, please send your letter of denial and we will refund you the amount of your ticket.

Transportation options in Bangkok include our partner, Taxi2Airport, standard taxi service and the ride sharing service Grab.

How do I see who else is attending?

You can see what businesses and countries are attending on our website under Who is Attending. During the conference, you will be able to contact these same attendees using the Arival ConnexMe mobile app. An email will go out with more details and information for our event app once you’ve registered.

My schedule/budget doesn’t allow me to come this year. How do I find out about future Arival events?

We will announce On Sale dates for all of our events globally in our newsletter and via event update emails. Our Super Early Bird tickets are the best value, and are only available for a limited time when each event goes on sale. What is not included in the registration price:

Your hotel room is not included in the ticket price.  Visit the hotel page for booking info.

Breakfast will not be available at the Conference. You can book a hotel room at the Avani or Anantara that includes breakfast in the room rates. Click the link above to book. 

The Tuesday night party will include dinner, all other dinners are on your own. Bangkok offers something for every taste and price range!

Flights and airport transfers are not included. A taxi or Grab is approximately $15-20 from BKK Airport to the Hotel.
