Arival has created two special programs, one for small operators and one for startup companies.
Our mission is to help creators and sellers of tours, activities and attractions grow their business. This industry is made up of many small businesses and startups. We do not want cost to stop smaller companies from benefIting from Arival.
We introduce these two new programs – Arival for Small Operators and Arival for Startups – to enable more of you to attend our events so you can meet other operators just like you, grow your distribution and partner network, meet the best tech companies, and come away full of new ideas to grow your business.
These two new programs allow you to benefit from a 20% reduction on the Super Early Bird registration fee. You pay $596.00, saving you up to $549 on the cost of your ticket!

- Qualifying criterion: Gross annual travel sales of not more than US$100,000 in 2019
- Honor system with application form for the Arival team to validate
- Pricing is 20% lower than our Super Early Bird rate no matter when you register, so you can save hundreds of dollars.

Arival for Startups
Arival is a great place for startups. We’re a startup ourselves so we get it. Funds are tight and going to a conference is a big investment. But if you are serious about the in-destination industry, you need to meet with operators of tours, activities and attractions, leading distributors and tech companies, gain insights to grow your business. our hope is that this pricing will encourage you to make an investment that can have a huge impact on your business.
Startups must meet all three conditions of our definition of a startup:
- You have raised not more than $1M in funding
- You have less than $1M of annual revenue
- You have been in business for not more than 3 years as of the date of your application
